Our water damage mitigation experts restored this up-scale high rise hotel to its prior pristine condition on time, on budget, and without disturbing the guest experience.

The Challenge
Shortly after this brand new New York property opened it had to close its doors. A pipe broke in the elevator room above the 50th floor due to freezing.

Water ran down the elevator shafts and pipe chases wetting every floor. The elevators stopped working, there were icicles hanging from the elevator doors, and the lobby became a sheet of ice.

The Solution
CRC immediately identified the affected areas, isolated them per floor, got the elevator operational again and the hotel opened within 24 hours. CRC dried and repaired all the floors, opening the hotel back up to full operation within 30 days.
